Meet Emilia
While I loved working in-house as a Director of Operations for almost 10 years, I became passionate about the idea of helping more dentists and clinicians succeed. When I met Dr. Frederick in 2021, I knew the opportunity had finally arrived. We quickly bonded over our desire to work with practice owners in order to make their businesses run smoothly and efficiently, without sacrificing patient care. We now have the pleasure of working with aspiring practice owners and owners looking to expand from all over the country.
Meet Audrey
After working as a doctor through the pandemic, I realized the small clinic I was serving was suffering from low funding, employee burnout and patient dissatisfaction with the way clinic procedures were being handled. With several years of experience working in other clinics and developing skills in customer relations and company rebranding, I started to help this clinic get back to a functional state. I learned that I enjoyed taking my knowledge and sharing it with others in the community to help their clinics thrive as well. So when I met Emilia, our combined experiences and desires helped us create a consulting platform that has been tested and proven time and time again.
